This database contains no simulated baseline. Every allocated slot comes from a completed checkout. Checkout in this mode is simulated: no payment is taken and no money moves.

How participation is counted

A slot counts as allocated only after its payment has been verified with the payment provider on the server.
Slots in a checkout that has not finished are shown separately as “held” and return to the pool if the checkout is not completed.
Refunded slots are removed from the totals and returned to their pools.
The database itself prevents any state from exceeding its capacity, even when purchases happen at the same moment.
Participation data reflects the users of this platform only. It is not scientific polling and is not representative of the American electorate.

Election data

Result verification methodology

Method

A state's actual result is the party of the candidate who carried the state, as certified.
An administrator records it only with the name and link of an authoritative source. The time and administrator are logged.
Crowd predictions are never used to infer a result, and a FULL pool is never treated as an outcome.
Maine and Nebraska split some electoral votes by district; this map records the statewide winner only.

Electoral votes — 2028

Election day is November 7, 2028. No state has a result yet, so no state can be RESULT VERIFIED until results are certified.

Slot capacities are proportional to each state's electoral votes for the 2028 election (2020 Census apportionment). A different election year requires its own dataset; an older cycle's counts are never reused.
